Plans & license FAQ
Is the Free plan a trial?
No. Free is a forever plan for 1 server with up to 5 websites and 5 databases —
including deploy, WordPress, databases, SSL, analytics, monitoring and alerts.
No license key needed, no time limit.
What's the difference between yearly and lifetime Pro?
The same full feature set. Yearly (490,000₫/server) renews each year;
lifetime (1,290,000₫/server) is a one-time purchase, used forever, with all
future version updates free.
How does the license work?
You receive a key like MYPL-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX and enter it on the panel's
License page. The panel activates once against the license server, then verifies offline
using an Ed25519 signature — your server never depends on an internet connection.
If connectivity is lost, everything keeps working for at least 14 days and re-syncs automatically.
What happens when my license expires?
The panel is never locked, your data is never deleted, and
running websites are never stopped. On expiry the panel only blocks creating
resources beyond the Free limits and pauses paid features (such as remote S3 backups) until you renew.
Can I move my license to a new server?
Yes. Contact support to deactivate the old server and activate the new one — no repurchase needed.
