License activation

Note

Without a license, MyPanel runs on the Free plan (5 websites, 5 databases, 1 server) — forever, no time limit. You only need a license for the Pro plan (yearly or lifetime).

Enter your key

1. Open the License page in the panel.
2. Enter a key like MYPL-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (received by email after purchase).
3. Click Activate.

The panel sends the key plus the server fingerprint to the license server, receives an Ed25519-signed payload and stores it locally.

Offline verification

After activation, the panel verifies the signature offline on every start — no internet needed to run. It only contacts the license server via a periodic heartbeat (every 12 hours) to sync status.

Grace period — keeps running offline

If the server can’t reach the license server (network loss, firewall…), the panel keeps working normally for 14 days. It re-syncs automatically once connectivity returns.

Moving a license to another server

A license is bound to the server fingerprint. To switch servers:

1. Email support@mypanel.vn with your key.
2. We deactivate the old server; you re-enter the key on the new one.

When a license expires

MyPanel’s commitment:

• The panel is never locked, data is never deleted.
• Running websites are never stopped for license reasons.
• The panel only blocks creating resources beyond the Free limits and pauses paid features (e.g. scheduled backups) — with a clear notice in the UI.
