Users & permissions
Go to Settings → Account → Users to manage who can access the panel.
Three roles
Section titled “Three roles”- Admin — full access (deploy, databases, terminal, firewall, file manager, system settings…).
- Site manager — can only operate the websites assigned to them plus the databases/files tied to those sites. Cannot see or touch other people’s websites, nor any server-wide tool (terminal, firewall, cron, fleet, panel backup, user management…).
- Viewer — read-only across the system; all mutating actions are blocked.
Assign websites to a manager
Section titled “Assign websites to a manager”When adding a user (or changing someone’s role to Site manager), an “Assigned websites” checklist appears — tick the websites that person may manage:
- Enter a username + password.
- Role: choose Site manager.
- Tick the websites under Assigned websites.
- Click Add.
For existing users, click edit in the sites column to reassign anytime. Changing a role revokes that user’s sessions so the new permissions apply immediately.
Audit log
Section titled “Audit log”MyPanel records logins and all mutating actions (with who · IP · success/failure). View, filter and export CSV under Settings → Security → Audit log (admin only).
Sessions
Section titled “Sessions”Under Settings → Security → Sessions, view active sessions and revoke individual ones or log out all other devices (after a password change or suspected compromise).
